Key responsibilities include managing food stock locations, receiving and amending orders, and conducting audits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in catering operations and be able to schedule cleaning and maintenance routines for food services areas and kitchen equipment.

Essential qualifications include a Level 2 Diploma in Catering and Hospitality, a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, and knowledge of online catering software packages.
