Job Opportunity:

Adecco is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join their team as a Business Analyst on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the identification, evaluation, and management of operational and compliance risks in the Markets Sales and Trading businesses.

About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will report to the Global Markets Control Testing Programme Head within the Markets Governance & Control Team.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting the results of control testing, specifically covering Markets Trading and Sales businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executing and reporting control testing results
  • Supervising and coaching junior team members
  • Monitoring testing programme execution and resolving obstacles
  • Maintaining high standards and best practices for testing activities
  • Providing challenge to stakeholders on control design and effectiveness
  • Supporting stakeholders in control remediation efforts
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Presenting impactful summary outputs to stakeholders
  • Providing Markets controls expertise across all three lines of defence
Requirements:
  • Understanding of Markets business activities and relevant regulations
  • Knowledge of Markets Operational and Compliance risks and controls
  • Strong understanding of control design assessment techniques
  • Experience in Front Office controls testing, internal/external audit, or control consulting
  • Track record of coaching and developing team members
  • Ability to establish effective senior stakeholder relationships
  • Proven experience in providing constructive challenge on risk management matters
Education:

A bachelor's degree or university education is preferred, but exceptional industry experience with a strong delivery track record will be considered equally important.
