About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Studio Workflow Administrator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining internal reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics, monitoring and reporting progress on the flow of tasks and processes, and organizing orders for photoshoots.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain internal reports on workflow performance and efficiency metrics
  • Monitor and report progress on the flow of tasks and processes
  • Organize orders for photoshoots
  • Maintain reporting for product status tracking
  • Communicate workflow progress and discuss any issues with the Senior Workflow Coordinator
  • Liaise with the warehouse and other departments to source and organize products
  • Perform any other duties requested by the Leadership Team
