The Cabinet Office seeks a senior executive to lead its workforce transformation efforts. As Transformation Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping the department's future by driving strategic change, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational development, human resources, and change management principles. A proven track record of influencing senior leaders, building partnerships, and implementing large-scale transformations is essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £167,661 per annum, inclusive of employer contributions to the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.

Beyond the financial rewards, the Cabinet Office offers a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave (increasing to 30 days after 5 years' service), 8 public holidays, and one privilege day to mark the King's birthday. Flexible working patterns, generous paid maternity and paternity leave, interest-free loans for travel season tickets or bicycles, and access to onsite facilities are also available.
