Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled TM Foreman to join our traffic management team in Enfield. As a TM Foreman, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, to the satisfaction of clients, and in accordance with quality, safety, environmental impact, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple civil engineering activities, specifically from a highways background, to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective traffic management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure public safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, resources, and timelines to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in multiple civil engineering activities, specifically from a highways background.
  • Solid traffic management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • CSCS certification.
  • Experience in heavy plant operations is desirable but not essential.
