About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TM Foreman to join our traffic management team in Enfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple civil engineering activities, specifically in highways and traffic management
  • Develop and implement effective traffic management plans to ensure smooth project execution
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and company policies
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in multiple civil engineering activities, specifically from a highways background
  • Solid traffic management experience and knowledge of relevant regulations
  • CSCS certification and experience in heavy plant operations (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
