Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality administration services, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Support the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner to drive the people agenda in-store.
  • Report on key performance indicators and ensure our KPIs are on track.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a retail or people-focused role.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an effective and persuasive communication style.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
