About the Role

SOS Homecare Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, ensuring their dietary needs are met
  • Administer medication to clients, as required
  • Support clients to access the community and engage in activities
