About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at St Helens Hall Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking, and participate in daily activities to promote social interaction and engagement.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship to residents, listening to their concerns and providing reassurance.
  • Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focusing on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities.
  • Maintain high standards of care and cleanliness within the care home environment.
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met, including working shift patterns and participating in on-call duties.
