Job Title: Shift Leader Back of House - Bridge Street, Peterborough

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab in Bridge Street, Peterborough. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard
  • Manage stock levels and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Monitor and control labor costs and ensure that all staff are working efficiently
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Management team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Shift Leader or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive attitude
