About the Role:

We require a Back of House Shift Leader who has what it takes to grow with us and share in our success. As a Shift Leader, you will work alongside the Restaurant Management team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest care and service. You will be responsible for leading your team, ensuring every guest leaves the restaurant having had a great experience, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest care and service
  • Work to brand standards, to implement policies and procedures, and to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Ensure store operational requirements are met, including scheduling and assigning employees
  • Comply with all requirements of Food Safety and Health and Hygiene standards
  • Monitor and control stock levels and controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Provide training to improve all team members and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity and create an environment where your team can grow their knowledge

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
  • Experience with high volume trading levels would be ideal
  • Ability to fill in daily paperwork in line with a brand standard
