We are seeking an experienced Affiliate and Business Development Manager to join our team at Warrantywise Limited. As an Affiliate and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth through affiliate partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing our affiliate program to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH AFFILIATES TO MAXIMISE THEIR PERFORMANCE AND ENGAGEMENT.
  • MONITORING AFFILIATE PERFORMANCE AND ANALYSING KEY METRICS TO IDENTIFY TRENDS, OPPORTUNITIES, AND AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT.
  • DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE COMMISSION STRUCTURES AND INCENTIVE PROGRAMS TO MOTIVATE AFFILIATES AND ENHANCE OVERALL PROGRAM PERFORMANCE.
  • ENFORCING AFFILIATE PROGRAM POLICIES AND GUIDELINES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE, ETHICAL PRACTICES, AND BRAND PROTECTION.
  • COLLABORATING WITH MARKETING AND CREATIVE TEAMS TO DEVELOP COMPELLING PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, BANNERS, AND CONTENT.
  • REGULARLY COMMUNICATING PROGRAM UPDATES, PROMOTIONS, AND RELEVANT INFORMATION TO AFFILIATES.
  • GENERATING AND PRESENTING REGULAR REPORTS ON THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM.

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, and the working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
