Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify and score potential leads to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities and maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and provide empathetic support.
- Resilience and a positive attitude, with a deep-rooted desire to succeed and continuously improve.
