Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Red 5 People. As a specialist in supporting young adults with autism or a learning disability, you will play a vital role in delivering supported internships and helping our clients gain skills for the workplace.

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide classroom-based learning and support to our clients. You will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, developing and implementing individualized learning plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver supported internships to young adults with autism or a learning disability
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to our clients in a classroom-based setting
  • Work closely with our team to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment
