About the Role:
In this critical role as a Senior Climate Risk Consultant at Timely Recruit, you will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate the complexities of climate-related financial risk and opportunities. By applying your expertise in climate transition risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and financial modelling, you will help our clients identify and assess risks and opportunities related to the impacts of Physical Climate Change and the transition to a low carbon economy.

Estimated Salary: £58,700/annum (London) or £54,200/annum (Surrey)

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years consulting experience in a relevant work position, on topics such as climate strategies, climate risk analysis and management, financial accounting, GHG accounting and data management, internal carbon pricing, carbon credits and removals, climate target setting, transition planning. They will also have a strong understanding of financial auditing and regulatory frameworks including experience of GHG Protocol requirements, including Scope 3 value chain assessment techniques and methods. Fluency in one or more European languages would be highly desirable for this position to support our expansion into the EU market. We are looking for someone who is proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, SQL etc.,
