Commercial Contract Manager - HS2 Project:
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a challenging role as a Commercial Contract Manager on a major HS2 project. The successful candidate will oversee the commercial management of the project, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. They will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, and financial management, with a strong background in NEC contracts and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.

About the Project:
The project involves the design and delivery of a key HS2 contract, with a budget of over £100m. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, including contract administration, financial management, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with the project team to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commercial management of the project

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in quantity surveying, contract administration, and financial management
