Area Manager

As an Area Manager at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of 10-12 Shop N Drive Forecourt sites within our Roadside Retail Network in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:- Site Performance: Ensure your area of sites consistently meet company standards and brand partner auditing processes.
- Sales and Profitability: Drive shop sales and site profitability through effective management and decision-making.
- Compliance and Risk: Prioritize compliance issues to ensure legal compliance and adherence to company procedures.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new stores and existing store developments, and analyze sales, audits, and customer service standards to drive performance improvements.
- Leadership and Development: Lead by example, develop and mentor others, and complete business reviews with operators to identify risks and potential within their business.
- Leadership Style: Enabling leadership style with a strong focus on customer service.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to work smart.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
- Drive and Motivation: Drive, motivation, and willingness to challenge yourself and others.
- Flexibility: Flexibility and availability to meet the demands of an open-all-hours business.
