This position entails delivering exceptional care and support to individuals by providing leadership, guidance, and management. We are looking for resilient, person-centered professionals with experience in supporting individuals with autism in a social care context. Previous managerial experience is essential, along with relevant qualifications in Health and Social Care and experience working with Autistic Adults.

Essential Qualifications:

  • QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Prior Leadership or Management experience
  • Experience with Autistic Adults
  • Qualification in Positive Behavioural Support (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence
