Are you a qualified accountant with practice experience looking for a challenging senior role reporting directly to partners and associates? This opportunity is for someone who is well-rounded, independent, and ready to take on responsibilities within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements for limited companies, LLPs, and partnerships, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Management Accounting: Create management accounts, VAT returns, and financial forecasts to provide valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Taxation and Compliance: Handle all areas of taxation and prepare corporation tax computations, ensuring timely submission and minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Audit Leadership: Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Resolve accounts queries with clients and maintain high-quality account and audit files, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and provide feedback on work prepared by junior team members, promoting their growth and development.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Professional Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 3 years of practice experience.
  • Audit Experience: Experience in audit assignments is desirable but not essential.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Excellent communication skills and technical knowledge, with proficiency in accounts software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks.
  • Leadership and Development: Ability to manage junior team members and their development, promoting a culture of growth and excellence.
