We are seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team at a pharmaceutical equipment manufacturer based in the Liverpool area. As a key member of our Service Team, you will be responsible for attending customer sites globally to provide technical support and assistance with preventative maintenance, commissioning/installations, IQ/OQ, and emergency call-out visits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Attend customers' facilities to carry out installations and IQ/OQ.
* Assist with commissioning of equipment.
* Provide preventative maintenance services.
* Assist the EC&I team with project field wiring/testing/build when not out on-site.
* Respond to emergency breakdown call-out visits.
* Ensure compliance with the company's Environmental Health & Safety Policy and ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System.

**Requirements:**

* Degree (or similar) qualification in electrical engineering.
* Knowledge of Siemens HMI/PLCs (Siemens 7 & RS logic).
* Familiarity with CAD.
* Experience within the pharmaceutical industry (desirable).
* Ability to deliver high-level customer care and develop long-standing customer relationships.

**Salary and Benefits:**

* Salary dependent on experience, likely 45k-50k.
