We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the analysis of complex data sets and provide strategic insights that drive decision-making across the organization. The Senior Data Analyst will mentor junior team members, design data systems, and work cross-functionally to solve high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the collection, processing, and analysis of large, complex datasets from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business challenges.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
  • Mentor and guide junior data analysts on technical methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, business teams, and leadership to define data requirements and business objectives.
  • Work closely with data science and product teams to develop predictive models, forecasting, and data-driven strategies.
  • Present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure data governance, quality, and security protocols are followed across all data analysis processes.
  • Stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends in data analytics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create dynamic, interactive dashboards.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong background in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning.
  • Experience with cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of data and present actionable insights to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business strategies.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on simplifying complex data for stakeholders.
