Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Professional Lead to join our team in Bracknell, UK. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to maintain regulatory compliance and improve overall Health, Safety, and Environmental culture.

About the Role:
You will work closely with the Regional HSE Leader to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements while minimizing the risk of potential adverse Health, Safety, and Environmental events. You will also provide guidance and technical support to officers, engineers, advisors or champions responsible for tactical programs and processes at office locations and project sites in their country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Health, Safety, and Environmental management systems to maintain regulatory compliance and improve overall Health, Safety, and Environmental culture.

  • Work closely with the Regional HSE Leader to ensure compliance with applicable corporate and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in the health, safety, and environmental field, with a minimum Bachelors or higher degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or Engineering (electrical, chemical, mechanical etc.) or equivalent diploma of Nebosh/BsC International Health and Safety. They should have experience of conducting and leading internal audits and implementing HSE management systems ISO 45001, 14001. Strong communication and leadership skills are also essential for this role.
