Project Manager - Grid

Rullion is partnering with a leading engineering, procurement, consulting, and construction firm to find an experienced Project Manager - Grid.

This permanent role is based in Central London, with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee grid services across the UK and EMEA region. As Project Manager - Grid, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and managing third-party companies. Your role will be crucial in driving project success from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage risks related to cost, schedule, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day project execution, including financial metrics, planning, scheduling, and staffing.
  • Coordinate technical requirements for grid and substation projects.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and support contract negotiations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Significant experience in grid and/or substation projects.
  • Proven background in managing and leading teams of multi-discipline professionals.
  • Experience coordinating activities of third-party companies contributing to project delivery.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP certification
  • Experience working with similar engineering consultancies
  • Experience in data centre design, EV charging infrastructure, BESS projects

Rullion offers an extremely competitive salary, estimated to be £80,000-£120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus car allowance. Our benefits package includes:
