Compensation, perks, and additional information:

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary of up to £29,000 annually. Alongside this, we provide up to 33 days of annual leave, contingent on your shift pattern, with the option to purchase extra days. Daily Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring the inventory team to achieve targets, fostering open dialogue among team members to effectively address any emerging challenges in a timely manner. Cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders. Actively overseeing daily inventory operations while ensuring all IT warehouse systems are properly maintained and that all data remains accurate and current. Guaranteeing that adequate resources are allocated and utilized to promote a culture of exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Proven leadership abilities with a focus on developing and coaching teams and colleagues to achieve outstanding performance. Extensive experience in inventory management within a warehousing or logistics setting, preferably in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Comprehensive understanding of inventory processes and stock management principles. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
