Compensation, perks, and additional information:

We are pleased to present a competitive salary of up to £29,000 annually. Alongside this, we provide up to 33 days of annual leave (subject to shift patterns) with the option to purchase extra days. Key Responsibilities on a Daily Basis:

Leading and mentoring the inventory team to achieve set objectives, fostering open dialogue among team members to effectively address any emerging issues in a timely manner. Building and nurturing productive relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders. Proactively overseeing daily inventory operations while ensuring that all IT warehouse systems are properly maintained and that all data remains accurate and current. Allocating and utilizing adequate resources to promote a culture of delivering exceptional service levels.

Essential Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and coaching teams and colleagues to achieve outstanding performance. Significant experience in inventory management within a warehousing or logistics context, preferably in a third-party logistics (3PL) environment. Comprehensive understanding of inventory processes and stock management. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
