About the Role:

Parker Jones Group Ltd is currently seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to support their National Maintenance Contractor in the Social Housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants and clients, ensuring that all complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, providing regular updates on job progress and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that clients are informed of any issues and that all enquiries are dealt with efficiently.
  • Support the helpdesk with daily emails from sub-contractors and clients, ensuring that all communication is handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Visit tenants as required to provide support and address any concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer role, preferably in the Social Housing sector.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities.
  • Good geographical understanding of the area.
  • Experience with MS Office, including Word and Excel.
