Job Title: Leisure Attendant

LeisureSK Limited is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our leisure centre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general lifeguard duties to the standards defined in the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, ensuring the poolside is never left unattended.
  • Monitor pool conditions, reporting any issues to the Duty Manager.
  • Provide outstanding customer care, dealing with minor problems and reporting serious issues to the Duty Manager.
  • Ensure the health and safety of customers at all times.
  • Assist in the preparation and operation of events and activities, including equipment assembly and dismantling.
  • Complete other tasks as requested by the management team.

Requirements:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
