Job Title: Occupational TherapistJob Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Peartree House Rehabilitation. As a specialist in neurological rehabilitation, you will be working with clients who have acquired brain injuries and other neurological conditions.

Main Duties:
  1. Provide direct clinical care to clients with physical, cognitive, and psychological impairments.
  2. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy programs for complex caseloads.
  3. Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop rehabilitation goals and plans.
  4. Clinically supervise junior staff and students.
  5. Provide specialist advice to healthcare professionals, carers, and family members.
About Us:

Peartree House Rehabilitation is a private specialist unit based in Southampton. We provide active inpatient neurological rehabilitation, community rehabilitation, and long-term complex care. Our goal is to re-integrate patients into their communities, families, and social situations.

Person Specification:
  • Diploma/ Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Postgraduate experience working with neurological conditions.
  • Evidence of completion of specialist courses within the field of neurological rehabilitation.
