Chef De Partie Role

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at JMQ Recruitment. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking dishes to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Mentoring and training junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and menus.
  • Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-end culinary environment.
