Job Description: As an Autism Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) and other Special Educational Needs. You will work closely with our specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the classroom environment to promote student engagement and participation
  • Deliver tailored programmes and activities to meet the needs of individual students
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality support and education

Requirements:
  • Graduate or relevant experience
  • SEN experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
