We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Apollo Home Healthcare Ltd. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, particularly a 1-year-old baby boy with complex care needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to our service user, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility.
- Monitor and respond to our service user's clinical care needs, including ventilation management and nasal gastric feeding.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing professional training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
- 3 months previous care experience, preferably in a complex care setting.
- Experience with medication administration, personal care, moving and handling, tracheostomy care, and children's experience.
- Pet-friendly and able to work flexible hours, including part-time nights.
- Competitive pay rates, including £13.50 per hour for weeknights, £14.00 per hour for weekends, and £14.50 per hour for bank holidays.
- Confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling to suit your needs.
- Full clinical training and ongoing professional development opportunities.
