Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to individuals in their daily lives, including assistance with medical needs, personal care, and daily tasks. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the individual's safety and well-being at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with medical needs, including administering medications and providing medical care
  • Support individuals with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure the individual's safety and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and their families to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with complex needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Willingness to undergo additional training and development as required
