We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mentorship Program Assistant. In this role, you will assist our mentoring team in delivering effective mentoring programs to individuals in prison and upon release.

As a Mentorship Program Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment, while contributing to the success of our mentoring programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of mentoring programs
  • Support mentoring team members in their roles
  • Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of our mentoring programs

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a related field (e.g. social work, education)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum

Location: Woolwich, London (within a 30-mile radius)
