About the Job
We are seeking a seasoned Head of Category Development to join our UK Commercial Structure and drive business growth at Kraft Heinz.
This parental leave fixed-term contract will cover an initial 9-month period.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to nurture closer customer relationships.
- Coaching and developing category development team members across three Kraft Heinz category teams.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to represent the voice of the category and support brand planning, innovation development, and deployment.
Key requirements include:
- At least 5 years of significant category leadership and commercial experience.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in data analysis and insight generation.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable solutions.
- A results-driven approach, prioritizing company goals and brand success.
