Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Pensions Implementation Manager to join our operations team in managing key projects such as pension book transfers. Day to day, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing effective transfer strategies
  2. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Providing exceptional client service throughout the implementation process
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions
  5. Managing project timelines and deliverables
  6. Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  7. Communicating project progress to stakeholders
  8. Serving as a key point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
