About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Resuscitation Practitioner to join our Resuscitation Service team at East and North Herts NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our resuscitation service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Resuscitation Practitioner, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Resuscitation Service team to ensure the effective delivery of resuscitation training and education to clinical staff across the Trust.
- Participating in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of training programs, including the development of training materials and resources.
- Providing training and support to clinical staff on resuscitation techniques and protocols, including ALS and EPALS.
- Responding to calls for deteriorating patients and cardiac arrests, supported by Senior Resuscitation Practitioners.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of resuscitation policies and procedures.
