About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our stores. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience, managing store operations, and developing your team to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Management
    • Recruit, train, and develop your team to achieve exceptional standards.
    • Monitor colleague performance to ensure it's at its best.
    • Manage employee data and timesheet submissions.
  • Store Operations
    • Ensure the store provides an outstanding experience for customers, colleagues, and partners.
    • Build relationships with local businesses and suppliers.
    • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and store standards.
  • Sales
    • Exceed store and personal sales targets.
    • Manage and support all parts of the sales process.
    • Resolve customer issues and complaints speedily and effectively.
