About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at The Firs in Felixstowe. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and customer service.
- Work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
