Manufacturing Excellence Lead

Russell Taylor Group Ltd is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Lead to oversee the implementation of quality management systems and drive continuous improvement.
Job Description- Develop and maintain management systems that meet current standards, regulations, and client requirements.
- Analyse company audit and assessment processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead external client and third-party audits and assessments.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector.
- Fully conversant with ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 45001, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Understanding of market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
- Ability to gain SC Clearance (UK passport required).
The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.
