Baxter is a leading global innovator in medical products and therapies, and we're seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you'll play a critical role in delivering clinical education and training to support the commercial teams in meeting business strategy and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary clinical educational and spokesperson on Baxter products and therapies, developing clinical solutions to complex problems within the Med-Surg care setting.
  • Assist marketing in the development, design, coordination, and implementation of training programs and product/therapy usage guides for internal and external customers.
  • Develop customer partnerships to maximize effectiveness through educational programs on product utilization.
  • Work in collaboration with the sales team to support product evaluations and product installations/ implementations.
  • Coordinate product evaluations, complete data analysis, and subsequent reports to gain customer commitment to enhance and grow sales.
  • Provide customer feedback to the marketing team and conduct customer needs analysis and develop tactics to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain a knowledge of competitor products, evidence, and provide comparative clinical performance data to the marketing and sales team.
  • Support sales & marketing teams by providing clinical and professional expertise to internal and external customers.
  • Drive revenue opportunities through clinical roadshows and audit activity, recommending service or replacement where appropriate.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (desirable) or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
  • Strong clinical background with the ability to demonstrate a high level of knowledge in the medical/surgical field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
