Clearwater People Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records, including customer information and order history
• Collaborate with sales and accounts teams for optimal customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
Requirements:
A degree-level education and prior experience in sales administration or a related field are desired. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, are essential for success in this role. A driving license and own vehicle for commuting to the office would be beneficial.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience.
