We're looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team, working alongside the Centre Manager to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for providing productive management and leadership, dividing your time between the workshop and assisting the Centre Manager with daily sales and customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of £26,175 to £31,000 per annum, plus an uncapped bonus scheme with an average of £7,100 per year. You'll also enjoy 5.6 weeks' annual leave, discounts on garage bills and Halfords products, and access to our Share Save scheme and Health Cash Plan.
