Job Title: Secondary Cover Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team in Benfleet and surrounding areas. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers. You will work with students aged 4-16, managing behaviour and building professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading lessons and covering in the absence of class teachers
  • Working with students aged 4-16
  • Managing behaviour and building professional relationships
  • Having flexibility to work in different subjects
  • Demonstrating ability to build professional relationships with students
  • Having a fun but firm presence

  • Having a strength in any subject across the curriculum

Terms and Conditions:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
