Safety Culture Consultant - Environmental Resources Management (ERM)

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing both large and complex projects, as well as designing and delivering human factors and safety service lines. This role involves collaborating with clients across various industries, including high-hazard sectors, to foster relationships and build on existing services.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on location and experience. As a Senior Human Performance Specialist at ERM, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, mentoring junior team members, and providing technical leadership and review to ensure project deliverables meet ERM standards.
