An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Team Leader to join our team in one of our children's homes.

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual who can lead by example and make a positive difference in the lives of our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in implementing all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home
  • Creating a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements:

  • You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is preferred, although not essential, pending on the locations of the homes
