About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children with learning disabilities, Autism, and associated behaviors.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing environment that encourages children to thrive.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
