About the Role

As a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Assistant at Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver a diverse range of activities that cater to their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement daily activity schedules that promote resident engagement and wellbeing
  • Organize and coordinate events, such as the Summer Fete, to foster a sense of community and connection among residents
  • Collaborate with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities to meet their individual needs
  • Provide regular feedback and activity reports to the General Manager
