About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing a stimulating and engaging lifestyle experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to help residents remain as active and independent as possible, identifying their unique goals and implementing personalized activity plans to meet their diverse interests and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating and homely environment
  • Work with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences for residents
  • Develop and implement creative activity plans to promote resident engagement and enjoyment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience for residents
