About the Role:

We're a rapidly expanding agency with exclusive partnerships with top developers, managing some of the most desirable rental properties in Manchester. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in delivering a complete end-to-end service for landlord investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the seamless onboarding process for new landlords, integrating them into our portfolio with ease.
  • Provide expert guidance on the rental market, helping landlords maximise their investment returns.
  • Take ownership of re-marketing properties, ensuring swift tenant placement for relisted stock.
  • Lead the marketing strategy for new building completions, from the initial listing to successful tenant placement.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings to share updates and monitor performance.
  • Work closely with the Lettings team to achieve both personal and team targets.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in Lettings.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
