Job Opportunity: Blom and Blom is seeking a highly skilled Nursery Director to oversee the planning and development of our nursery setting. This role requires strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and stimulating environment for children
  • Liaising with Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations, as well as Ofsted standards and requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
  • Minimum 18 months nursery management experience
  • Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
